This class is energy packed with focus on learning for 11yrs+ old children. This class includes Boxing and Kickboxing elements Beginners always welcome Minimum equipment required is Boxing Gloves, we do stock and sell them but optional where you purchase them from. Kickboxing & Boxing classes are for all levels of ability whether a total beginner or World Champion Dragonfoot Gym has something for everyone
