This class is fun and energy packed with focus on learning for all. 5-6pm 4-8yrs old children 6-7pm 9-15yrs old children 7pm 16yrs old and above This class involves Boxing and Kickboxing techniques, but main focus for this age group is about balance, coordination and building confidence through exercise. Beginners are always welcome Minimum equipment required is Boxing Gloves, we do stock and sell them but optional where you purchase them from. Requirement for booking this session is that all who do so are symptom free of Covid-19 Any members who arrives with a high temperature or persistent cough will be refused access to Dragonfoot Gym & Classes Kickboxing & Boxing classes are for all levels of ability whether a total beginner or World Champion Dragonfoot Gym has something for everyone
