This class is fun and energy packed with focus on learning for all. 5-6pm 4-11yrs old children 6-7pm 11-16yrs old children 7pm 16yrs old and above This class involves Boxing and Kickboxing techniques, but main focus for this age group is about balance, coordination and building confidence through exercise. Beginners are always welcome Minimum equipment required is Boxing Gloves, we do stock and sell them but optional where you purchase them from. Kickboxing & Boxing classes are for all levels of ability whether a total beginner or World Champion Dragonfoot Gym has something for everyone
